Anti-sagging Meter

The anti-sag tester simulates the flow of coatings on vertical surfaces to measure the extent of sagging before curing. Its principle is based on the relationship between wet film thickness and sagging distance under the influence of gravity, which is used to evaluate the maximum allowable thickness for coating application. It is applied in the paint and ink industries to control the quality of coatings on vertical surfaces.
Selection
When selecting, consider the viscosity range of the material to be tested to match the instrument's measurement range. Ensure that the sagging comb specifications comply with industry standards and that the stainless steel material is corrosion-resistant. The operation interface should be simple, with data repeatability error less than 5%. Choose a measurement range of 0.1-1 mm or larger based on the common coating thickness.
