Principle
The resistance furnace produces high temperature through special nickel-chromium wire heating elements, and adopts microcomputer intelligent PID control technology to precisely adjust the temperature in the furnace. The control components are placed in the lower part of the furnace to avoid the influence of high temperature, and the high-density heat insulation material between the furnace and the furnace shell effectively reduces heat loss and realizes an efficient and energy-saving heating process.

Steps
1. Check whether the Power frequency of the equipment meets the requirements of 380V
2. Open the lever eversion furnace door and put in the material to be processed
3. Close the furnace door and set the target temperature through the digital display system
4. Start the heating program, and the microcomputer intelligent PID control system automatically adjusts the temperature
5. After the heating is completed, take out the material after the furnace temperature drops to a safe range
6. Power off the device
