Overview
LICHEN SX2-8-10LT is a ceramic fiber box type resistance furnace. The furnace body adopts high-quality Cold rolled steel plate welded shell, and the furnace door is a side open structure. The interior uses aluminum silicate fiber cotton as thermal insulation material, which has the characteristics of large heat storage, fast heating, low surface temperature rise and low energy consumption. This product is suitable for elemental analysis and determination in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, R & D institutions, etc., and heat treatment heating of small steel parts and Miscellaneous metals.
Features
1. Adopting PID temperature control technology, the LCD LCD display clearly displays the set temperature and current temperature.

3. The furnace wire is inlaid on the inner wall of the furnace, the furnace temperature is uniform and the heating is fast; the furnace door has good sealing performance and less heat loss.

Principle
The resistance furnace uses electric energy as a heat source, and generates electricity through the resistance wire inlaid on the inner wall of the furnace to convert electric energy into heat energy. The furnace is made of ceramic fiber material, which has good thermal insulation performance. With the PID intelligent temperature control system, the temperature in the furnace is accurately controlled and uniformly heated.

Steps
1. Check the power supply and wiring connection of the equipment.
2. Put the sample to be processed into the furnace working area.
3. Close the furnace door and ensure good sealing.
4. Set the required temperature and program (if applicable) through the LCD liquid crystal display.
5, start the heating, the equipment will run according to the set parameters.
6. After heating, open the furnace door to take out the sample after the furnace temperature drops to a safe range.
Notice
• When the furnace door is opened, the heating power will be automatically cut off to ensure the safety of the operator.
• Do not exceed the recommended Temperature range (500~ 950 ℃) for long-term operation.
• When the equipment is running, the shell will have a certain temperature rise, do not touch it, and ensure that there are no combustibles around.
When inserting or removing samples, use special tools to avoid burns.
• Regularly check the status of the furnace and heating components to keep the equipment clean and drying.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
