Overview
CHENCHI GBJ-A standard Fiber dissociator is a special equipment designed and manufactured according to ISO5263, QB/T1462-1992 and GBT 24327-2009 standards. It is mainly used in paper mills, scientific research institutions and Quality control centers to separate the interwoven pulp fibers from each other in water through mechanical treatment, while maintaining the original shape and properties of the fibers to the greatest extent, so as to obtain reliable experimental data to guide scientific research and production and realize economical and effective utilization of pulp.

Principle
The device separates the pulp fibers intertwined in water by mechanical treatment. Its core is that the fibers are gently separated under the action of the impeller swirl/spin at a specific frequency, while avoiding damage to the original structure and properties of the fibers to the maximum extent, thus ensuring the accuracy and Reliability of subsequent experimental data.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment works in an environment with a temperature of 10~ 30 ° C and a relative humidity of not more than 85%.
2. Add the pulp sample to be dissociated with an appropriate amount of water to the container.
3. Set the required number of dissociation revolutions (maximum 9999 * 10 revolutions) through the preselector.
4. Start the device and the impeller begins to rotate at a frequency of 48.3 +/- 1.6655-1 for fiber dissociation.
5. The equipment automatically stops after reaching the preset number of revolutions, and the counting device displays the number of completed revolutions.
