Overview
Taichang Instrument TC-BJQ02 frequency conversion Fiber dissociator is a special equipment for dissociating Pulp in the paper industry, which fully complies with the ISO 5263 "Pulp Laboratory Wet Dissociation" standard requirements. It dissociates Pulp by wet method, so that the interwoven fibers are mechanically separated from each other in water, while maintaining the original structural properties of the fibers to the maximum extent, ensuring the reliability of experimental data, scientifically guiding scientific research and production, and effectively and economically using the pulp. The instrument is suitable for large, medium and small paper mills, Pulp mills, R & D institutions and mass testing center laboratories. It is used for pulp dissociation and extraction of standard Pulp samples. It is the preferred equipment for research improvement and product mass improvement.
Features
1. Fully comply with international standards such as ISO 5263 to ensure the standardization of the dissociation process.
2. Using frequency conversion technology, the impeller Speed range 1000-5000rpm can be set by yourself to adapt to different experimental needs.
3. Provide two test modes: counting mode and not counting mode, with a counting range of 0-9999-9999 times, and flexible operation.
4. The design is reasonable, and the distance between the stirring blade and the bottom of the container is fixed at 25mm to ensure the consistent dissociation effect.
5. Motor Power 370W, 220V/50HZ, stable and reliable performance.
Principle
The frequency conversion Fiber dissociator dissociates the Pulp by wet method, placing the interwoven fibers in water, and using mechanical stirring to separate the fibers from each other. The Stirrer blade swirls/spins clockwise in the container, and adjusts the impeller Rotation speed through frequency conversion control, which is adjustable in the range of 1000-5000rpm to ensure that the fibers maintain the original structural properties to the maximum extent during the dissociation process, so as to obtain reliable experimental data.
Applications
Pulp mills, R & D institutions, mass testing centers
Standards
ISO 5263 "Pulp - Wet Dissociation in the Laboratory", QB/T 1462-1992 "Wet Dissociation in the Pulp Laboratory", JIS P8220-2-2012, TAPPI-T205
Steps
1. Prepare the Pulp sample to ensure that the sample meets the experimental requirements.
2. Put the sample into a container, add an appropriate amount of water, and the loading volume should not exceed 3 liters.
3. Set the impeller Rotation speed, the standard range is 1000-5000rpm, which can be adjusted according to needs.
4. Select the test mode: counting mode or no counting mode, such as selecting the counting mode and setting the counting range.
5. Start the device and Stirrer swirls/spins clockwise to dissociate.
6. After the dissociation is complete, stop the equipment and remove the processed Pulp sample for analysis.
Notice
• The loading volume must not exceed 3L to avoid overflow or equipment overload.
• The distance between the stirring blade and the bottom of the container is fixed at 25mm, do not adjust it during use.
• The power supply of the equipment is 220V/50HZ, ensure that the power supply matches and prevent electrical failures.
• Check Stirrer steering before operation, from above it should be swirl/spin clockwise.
• Maintain the equipment regularly to ensure the normal operation of the motor and stirring components.
