Overview
Fiber dissociator is a standard dissociator that dissociates bundles of fibers into single fibers by swirling/spinning the fiber raw material of Pulp at high speed in water. It is used for the preparation of manual papermaking, the determination of water filtration and the preparation of screened samples. The equipment conforms to JIS-P8220, TAPPI-T205, ISO-5263 and other standards. It adopts a vertical structure. It is simple and reliable to operate. The upper cover is well sealed. The container is made of tough and transparent material. The stirring process is visible.

Principle
Fiber dissociator makes the fiber material of Pulp swirl/spin at high speed in water, dissociates the bundle fibers into single fibers, and makes the interwoven fibers separate from each other in water, and maintains the original appearance and properties of the fibers as much as possible to ensure that the experiment obtains reliable data.

Steps
Step 1 Put Pulp Fiber Raw Material into a Container
2. Add water to the charging volume ≤ 3L
3. Start the device to make the impeller swirl/spin at 2900 +/- 100rpm Rotation speed
4. Observe the mixing process in a transparent container
5. Stop the equipment after fiber dissociation is completed
Notice
• The loading volume shall not exceed 3L
• The impeller revolution should be kept within the range of 2900 +/- 100rpm
• The distance between the stirring blade and the bottom of the container should be kept at 25mm
• Check the power parameters for 250W before use; 220V/50HZ
• Make sure the upper cover is well sealed during operation
