Overview
Taichang Instrument TC-BJQ Fiber dissociator is a special equipment for dissociating pulp in the papermaking industry, which fully meets the requirements of ISO5263 "Pulp - Laboratory Wet Dissociation" standard. It is suitable for wet dissociation pulp, and the interwoven fibers are separated from each other in water by mechanical treatment, while maintaining the original structural properties of the fibers as much as possible. It provides reliable data for experiments, scientifically guides scientific research and production, and effectively and economically utilizes the pulp. The equipment adopts electronic technology, LCD display data and humanized operation prompts. It is suitable for large, medium and small paper mills, pulp mills, R & D institutions and mass testing centers. It is the preferred equipment for research improvement and product mass improvement.
Features
1. Fully meet the requirements of ISO5263 standard; 2. Adopt wet dissociation technology to maintain the original structural properties of the fiber; 3. Equipped with excellent electronic technology and LCD screen, the data is clearly displayed; 4. Humanized operation prompts, simple and clear; 5. Suitable for various scale paper mills, pulp mills and R & D institutions; 6. Used for pulp dissociation and extraction of standard samples to improve product mass.
Principle
Fiber dissociator dissociates the pulp by wet method, and uses mechanical treatment to separate the interwoven fibers from each other in water. Stirrer swirl/spin clockwise, the blade is 25mm from the bottom surface of the container, and the impeller rotation frequency is 49 +/- 1.5S-1. This mechanical action keeps the original structural properties of the fibers as unchanged as possible to ensure the reliability of the experimental data.
Applications
Large paper mills, medium paper mills, small paper mills, pulp mills, R & D institutions, mass testing center laboratories
Standards
ISO5263 "Pulp - Laboratory Wet Dissociation"
Steps
1. Put the pulp sample into the container; 2. Add an appropriate amount of water for wet treatment; 3. Start the equipment and Stirrer starts swirling/spinning clockwise; 4. Monitor the data through the LCD screen; 5. Extract the standard pulp sample after dissociation.
Notice
* Ensure that the power supply of the equipment is 220V/AC single phase; * Check that the Stirrer blade is 25mm away from the bottom surface of the container before operation; * Follow the ISO5263 standard for experiments; * Clean the container after use to avoid residues affecting the next experiment; * Regularly maintain the motor and electronic components to ensure stable performance.
