Overview
Fiber dissociator is a special equipment for dissociating Pulp in the papermaking industry, which fully complies with the ISO5263 "Pulp Laboratory Wet Dissociation" standard requirements. It is suitable for wet dissociation Pulp, where the interwoven fibers are separated from each other in water by mechanical treatment, while maintaining the original structural properties of the fibers as much as possible, ensuring reliable data for experiments, scientifically guiding scientific research and production, and effectively and economically using the pulp. The instrument is suitable for large, medium and small paper mills, Pulp mills and R & D institutions, mass testing center laboratories Pulp dissociation and extraction of standard Pulp samples. It is the preferred equipment for research and improvement and product mass improvement.
Features
1. Fully comply with ISO5263 "Pulp Laboratory Wet Dissociation" standard requirements
2. Suitable for wet dissociation of Pulp, keeping the original structural properties of the fiber unchanged
3. Frequency conversion impeller Standard Speed range 1000-3600rpm, can be set by yourself
4. Provide two test modes: counting mode and not counting mode
5. Suitable for large, medium and small paper mills, Pulp plants and R & D institutions, mass testing center laboratories
Principle
Fiber dissociator through wet dissociation of Pulp, that is, the interwoven fibers are mechanically treated in water to separate them from each other, while maintaining the original structural properties of the fibers as much as possible. Stirrer blades swirl/spin clockwise in the container, generating mechanical action through impeller rotation to achieve effective dissociation of the fibers.
Applications
Pulp mills, R & D institutions, mass testing centers
Standards
ISO 5263 "Pulp - Wet Dissociation in the Laboratory", QB/T 1462-1992 "Wet Dissociation in the Pulp Laboratory", JIS P8220-2-2012, TAPPI-T205
Steps
1. Prepare Pulp Samples
2. Put the sample into a container and add an appropriate amount of water
3. Set the impeller Rotation speed (1000-3600rpm can be set by yourself)
4. Select the test mode (counting mode or not counting mode)
5. Start the device for dissociation processing
6. After dissociation is completed, the sample is removed for subsequent analysis
Notice
• The loading volume shall not exceed 3L
• The distance between the stirring blade and the bottom of the container should be kept at 25mm
• Frequency of impeller rotation should be controlled within the range of 48.3 +/- 1.65 (2900 +/- 100rpm)
• Check the power supply to 220V/50HZ before use
• Device weight is 45kg, pay attention to safety when handling
• Stirrer to swirl/spin clockwise when viewed from above
