Rubber Surface Roughness Tester

The rubber roughness meter measures the surface roughness by moving a probe across the rubber surface, converting the contour fluctuations into electrical signals and calculating the roughness value. It is used to inspect the surface smoothness of rubber products and for quality control in the production of tires and seals.
Selection
When selecting, consider that the measurement range covers the roughness of the sample, the probe material is suitable for rubber characteristics, and the equipment accuracy meets the testing standards. Environmental adaptability should match workshop conditions, the operation interface should align with user habits, and data output should be compatible with the existing recording system.
