Digital Concrete Rebound Hammer

The digital rebound hammer drives an impact hammer via a spring to strike the surface of a material, measures the rebound height, and converts it into a Shore hardness value. It is used for on-site rapid detection of the surface hardness of materials such as concrete and metal, as well as for assessing the uniformity of material strength in construction quality inspections and engineering acceptance tests.
Selection
Select the measurement range based on the hardness range of the material being tested: 20-80 HS for concrete and 20-100 HS for metals. For environmental adaptability, choose an IP65 protection rating for damp locations. A calibration certificate is required, and an impact energy of 2.207 N·m is suitable for routine testing. A default sampling frequency of 16 times is sufficient to meet statistical requirements.
