High vacuum pump

A high vacuum pump evacuates gas molecules from a sealed container through mechanical or physical means, creating a negative pressure environment below 10^-3 Pa. Its function is to maintain a vacuum state, which is used in processes such as material coating, electron beam welding, and vacuum drying.
Selection
When selecting, consider the requirements for vacuum level, pumping speed, and resistance to corrosive gases. Oil-sealed rotary vane pumps are suitable for general vacuum applications, molecular pumps are used for oil-free environments, and dry pumps are designed to handle corrosive media. Match the equipment volume and process gas type, and pay attention to energy consumption and maintenance intervals.
