High Temperature Dissolved Oxygen Analyzer

The high-temperature dissolved oxygen analyzer measures the concentration of oxygen molecules in liquids using a high-temperature-resistant electrode. The electrode undergoes an electrochemical reaction with the dissolved oxygen to generate a current signal, which is then temperature-compensated to display the oxygen content value. It is used to monitor dissolved oxygen in high-temperature environments such as boiler water and geothermal fluids, preventing equipment corrosion and process abnormalities.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the measurement temperature range with the working conditions, ensuring the electrode material can withstand media corrosion, the response speed meets process control requirements, the calibration method facilitates on-site operation, the protection rating suits the installation environment, and the signal output is compatible with the existing control system.
