Paint Roughness Meter

The paint roughness gauge measures the roughness value by scanning the surface profile with a stylus and calculating the height difference between peaks and valleys. It is used to evaluate the flatness of coating surfaces, inspect paint quality in automotive and marine painting, and control the uniformity of spraying.
Selection
When selecting, consider whether the measurement range covers the fluctuation level of the coating to be tested, whether the probe material is compatible with the hardness of the paint surface, and whether the portable design is suitable for on-site inspection. Compare the accuracy parameters required by industry standards and verify the validity of the instrument calibration certificate. Pay attention to ensuring that the data output interface is compatible with the existing recording system.
