Fluid viscosity measuring Cup

The fluid viscosity measuring cup determines viscosity by measuring the time it takes for a specific volume of fluid to flow out through a small hole at the bottom of the cup. The cup is calibrated with the hole size corresponding to the outflow time to obtain viscosity values. It is used for on-site rapid testing of viscosity in fluids such as coatings and inks. During operation, the sample is filled, the time for complete outflow is recorded, and the viscosity data is obtained by referring to a conversion table.
