Non-contact temperature sensor

Non-contact temperature sensors work by receiving the infrared radiation energy emitted by an object, converting it into an electrical signal, and then calculating the temperature value. They are used to measure the surface temperature of moving objects, high-temperature environments, or hazardous areas, and to monitor temperature changes in processes such as printing and drying or plastic heating.
Selection
Select the appropriate emissivity parameter based on the material of the target object; the measurement distance must comply with the sensor's distance coefficient; the response speed should match the frequency of temperature changes in the measured object; the environmental temperature range should be consistent with on-site conditions; the output signal type must be compatible with existing equipment.
