Wireless Yoke Flaw Detector

The wireless yoke flaw detector uses a battery-powered yoke to generate a magnetic field, magnetizing the surface of ferromagnetic materials. If defects are present, a leakage magnetic field forms, attracting magnetic powder to reveal traces. It is used for on-site detection of surface cracks in welds and castings without requiring an external power source.

When selecting, consider the thickness and curvature of the test material to match the lifting force of the magnetic yoke. Choose the protection level and battery life based on the working environment. The flexibility and weight of the magnetic yoke joints affect operational convenience.
