Coating Abradability Measurement Tester

The coating sandability tester uses a motor to drive the sanding head in a reciprocating motion on the coating surface, simulating the manual sanding process. The instrument records the number of sanding cycles or the degree of coating wear to evaluate the sanding resistance of the coating. This equipment is suitable for quality control and process optimization of products such as wood coatings and industrial coatings.
Selection
When selecting, consider that the grinding travel range must match the sample size, and the load pressure should be adjustable to accommodate different coating hardnesses. The motor should have stable rotational speed, and the fixture must ensure the sample is held flat. Prioritize models equipped with counters and wear depth measurement functions, and pay attention to the compatibility of standard grinding heads with industry testing specifications.
