Curve ThermoMeter

A curve thermometer continuously records the surface temperature changes of objects through an infrared sensor, forming a time-temperature curve. It is used to monitor the heating processes of equipment such as ovens and kilns, and to observe the thermal state of materials during processes like paint curing and plastic processing.
Selection
When selecting, focus on whether the temperature measurement range covers the process requirements, ensure the response speed matches the production line rhythm, and consider the emissivity characteristics of the materials being measured. The installation method should adapt to the on-site environment, the data interface must be compatible with the existing system, and the protection rating should meet the working condition requirements.

Application of Spectrophotometry in Heavy Metal Detection
A spectrophotometer detects heavy metal concentrations by utilizing the absorption of light at specific wavelengths by substances, following the principle of the Lambert-Beer law. During detection, heavy metal ions react with chromogenic agents to form colored complexes, and the concentration is determined by measuring absorbance and comparing it against a standard calibration curve.
