Automatic Kinematic Viscosity Analyzer

The automatic kinematic viscosity tester controls the sample temperature through a constant temperature bath. A motor-driven piston propels the fluid through a capillary tube, while a photoelectric sensor detects the flow time and automatically calculates the viscosity value. It is used for viscosity testing of petroleum products such as lubricating oils and fuel oils, complying with the ASTM D445 standard.
Selection
When selecting, confirm the viscosity range and test temperature of the sample, check the temperature control accuracy and timing resolution, verify whether automatic cleaning and sample pretreatment functions are equipped, ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 3104, and consider sample volume and testing throughput requirements.
