Dyne Pen for Printing

The printing dyne pen determines whether the surface tension of a material reaches the set value by forming a continuous liquid film or contracting liquid beads on the material surface through the liquid at the pen tip. It is used for rapid detection of the surface treatment effects of substrates such as plastics and metals, guiding the adhesion control in printing and coating processes.
Selection
Select the appropriate dyne pen based on the substrate type and subsequent process requirements, with a commonly used range of 30-60 mN/m. Clean the sample surface before testing, gently draw a line at a 45-degree angle, and observe the liquid state within 2 seconds. Operate under standard temperature and humidity conditions, and regularly calibrate the pen's accuracy using standard liquids.
