Overview
Dyne pen is a SHEELON brand model 44 #product, also known as surface tension test pen, corona treatment pen or Plastic film surface tension test pen. It is a tool specially used to determine the Dyne Level of materials after corona treatment. SHEELON is a German test ink manufacturer. It produces Dyne pen and dyne liquid series products that can accurately test the surface free energy of films, plastics, metals, ceramics, semiconductors, fiberglass, etc., which can quickly and intuitively detect whether the material is suitable for printing, composite or vacuum aluminizing applications, effectively control mass and reduce losses.
Features
1. The test results are fast, and you can get the results without waiting for a wipe.
2. Full sealing pen cover, peace of mind and environmental protection, long life, long shelf life, free from pollution
3. Dyne pen is small in size, easy to carry, disassemble and install, practical and convenient
4. The test is accurate and the workmanship is fine, and it can accurately test whether the surface force of the film reaches the value of the test pen
Principle
Dyne Pen measures surface tension or Dyne Level by testing the wetting behavior of the ink on the surface of the material. When the ink forms a continuous film on the surface of the material, it indicates that the surface tension meets or exceeds the nominal value of the pen, so as to quickly determine whether the material has been properly corona treated or suitable for subsequent processing.
Applications
Film, plastic, metal, ceramic, semiconductor, fiberglass surface tension detection, corona treatment effect verification, printing adaptability test, composite processing quality control, vacuum aluminizing pretreatment evaluation
Steps
1. Prepare the surface of the material to be tested
Step 2 Remove Dyne pen and open pen holder
3. Gently wipe the test ink on the surface of the material
4. Observe whether the ink forms a continuous film
5. Determine whether the surface tension is up to standard according to the test results
Notice
• Make sure the pen case is well sealed before use
• Avoid contaminating test ink during testing
• Choose the appropriate Dyne pen or dyne liquid according to the material Color
• Cover the pen holder tightly in time after the test to prolong the service life
• Use and store products correctly according to specifications
