Overview
Dyne pen, also known as surface tension test pen, corona treatment pen, Plastic film surface tension test pen, is a test tool for Dyne Level on the surface of various materials, specially used to determine the Dyne Level of materials after corona treatment. SHEELON is a German test ink manufacturer, mainly producing test inks, which can accurately test whether the surface free energy of films, plastics, metals, ceramics, semiconductors, fiberglass, etc. reaches the value of Dyne pen, and can also detect whether the surface corona treatment results meet the requirements. It can quickly and intuitively detect whether the material is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing, so as to effectively control the mass and reduce the loss caused by the material failure.
Features
1. The test results are fast, and you can get the results without waiting for a wipe.
2. Full sealing pen cover, peace of mind and environmental protection, long life, long shelf life, free from pollution
3. Dyne pen is small in size, easy to carry, disassemble and install, practical and convenient
4. The test is accurate and the workmanship is fine, and it can accurately test whether the surface force of the film reaches the value of the test pen
Principle
Dyne pen to measure the surface free energy Dyne Level of the material by testing the wetting of the ink on the surface of the material, when the ink forms a continuous liquid film on the surface of the material, indicating that the surface tension of the material reaches or exceeds the Dyne pen marked value; if the ink cissing into droplets, It indicates that the surface tension is lower than the marked value.
Applications
Film, plastic, metal, ceramic, semiconductor, fiberglass
Steps
1. Gently scratch the Dyne pen on the surface of the material to be tested
2. Observe the wetting of the ink on the surface of the material
3. If the ink forms a continuous liquid film, the surface tension is up to standard; if the cissing into droplets, it is not up to standard
Notice
• Make sure the surface of the material is clean and drying before use
• Use light strokes to avoid excessive force when testing
• Cover the pen holder tightly in time after use to prevent ink evaporation
• Avoid contamination of the test pen affecting accuracy
• Use and store correctly according to product specifications
