Overview
Dyne pen (model 70 #) is a surface tension test tool produced by SHEELON brand, also known as surface tension test pen, corona treatment pen, Plastic film surface tension test pen, specially used to determine the Dyne Level of materials after corona treatment. It can quickly and intuitively detect whether the material is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing processes, so as to effectively control the mass and reduce the loss caused by unqualified materials. The product is divided into two colors: pink and blue. There are two kinds of Encasement (color and green Encasement) for pink.

Principle
Dyne pen tests the contact between the ink and the surface of the material, and judges whether the surface tension reaches the value of Dyne pen according to whether the ink is spread or cissing, so as to detect the surface free energy of the material and the corona treatment effect.

Steps
1. Remove Dyne pen;
2. Contact the tip with the surface of the material and wipe it;
3. Observe whether the ink is spread or cissing to determine the result.
Notice
• Make sure the pen cover is well sealed before use;
• Avoid contaminating the test ink;
• Choose the appropriate Dyne pen Color according to the material Color;
• Clean the tip promptly after the test.
