Overview
Dyne pen is a SHEELON brand surface tension test tool, model 48 #, specially used to determine the Dyne Level of materials after corona treatment. It can quickly and intuitively detect whether the surface free energy of films, plastics, metals, ceramics, semiconductors, fiberglass and other materials meets the requirements, effectively control the mass, reduce the loss caused by the material failure, suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing applications.
Features
1. The test results are fast, and you can get the results without waiting for a wipe.
2. Full sealing pen cover, peace of mind and environmental protection, long life, long shelf life, free from pollution
3. Dyne pen is small in size, easy to carry, disassemble and install, practical and convenient
4. The test is accurate and the workmanship is fine, and it can accurately test whether the surface force of the film reaches the value of the test pen
Principle
Dyne pen tests the contact between the ink and the surface of the material, and judges whether the surface tension reaches the value of the pen according to whether the ink cissing or forming a continuous liquid film, so as to detect the surface free energy of the material and the corona treatment effect.
Applications
Film, plastic, metal, ceramic, semiconductor, fiberglass
Steps
1. Contact the Dyne pen tip with the surface of the material to be tested
2. Gently wipe the surface of the material
3. Observe whether the ink cissing or forming a continuous liquid film
4. Determine whether the surface tension is up to standard according to the results
Notice
• Make sure the nib is clean and free of contamination before use
• Avoid damage to the surface of the material with excessive force during testing
• Cover the pen holder tightly after use to maintain ink performance
• Choose the appropriate Dyne pen or dyne liquid according to the material Color
Store in a cool drying place away from high temperature or direct sunlight
