Overview
Dyne pen is a SHEELON brand 25 #model surface tension test tool, specially used to determine the Dyne Level of materials after corona treatment. It can accurately test the surface free energy of thin films, plastics, metals, ceramics, semiconductors, fiberglass and other materials, quickly detect whether the material is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing processes, effectively control the mass and reduce the loss caused by unqualified materials.
Features
1. The test results are fast, and you can get the results without waiting for a wipe.
2. Full sealing pen cover, peace of mind and environmental protection, long life, long shelf life, free from pollution
3. Dyne pen is small in size, easy to carry, disassemble and install, practical and convenient
4. The test is accurate and the workmanship is fine, and it can accurately test whether the surface force of the film reaches the value of the test pen
Principle
Dyne pen measures the surface tension value by testing the wetting of the ink on the surface of the material. When the ink forms a continuous liquid film on the surface of the material, it indicates that the surface tension of the material reaches or exceeds the value marked by Dyne pen, so as to determine whether the material is suitable for subsequent processing technology.
Applications
Film, plastic, metal, ceramic, semiconductor, fiberglass
Steps
1. Clean the surface of the material to be tested
2. Remove the cap and place the Dyne pen perpendicular to the surface of the material
3. Gently draw a test line
4. Observe the wetting of the ink on the surface of the material
5. Determine whether the surface tension is up to standard according to the test results
Notice
• Make sure the surface of the material is clean and drying before use
• Keep the pen body perpendicular to the test surface during testing
• Cover the cap immediately after use to prevent ink evaporation
• Avoid storage in hot or humid environments
• Regularly check the nib status to ensure test accuracy
