Dyne pen is a 72 #model product of SHEELON brand, also known as surface tension test pen, corona treatment pen or Plastic film surface tension test pen. It is a test tool specially used to determine the Dyne Level of materials after corona treatment. It can accurately test whether the surface free energy of films, plastics, metals, ceramics, semiconductors, fiberglass and other materials reaches the value of Dyne pen, and can detect the surface corona treatment results to help determine whether the material is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing processes, so as to effectively control the mass and reduce losses.

Principle
Dyne pen tests the interaction between the ink and the surface of the material, and detects whether the surface free energy of the material reaches the set value of Dyne pen, so as to intuitively determine whether the surface tension or corona treatment effect of the material meets the requirements.

Steps
Step 1 Remove Dyne pen
