Overview
Dyne pen (model 40 #) is a surface tension test tool produced by SHEELON brand, also known as surface tension test pen, corona treatment pen or Plastic film surface tension test pen, specially used to determine the Dyne Level of materials after corona treatment. The product can accurately test whether the surface free energy of films, plastics, metals, ceramics, semiconductors, fiberglass and other materials reaches the value of the pen, and can detect the corona treatment results, helping to quickly determine whether the material is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing processes, effectively control mass and reduce losses.
Features
1. The test results are fast, no need to wait, and the results can be obtained with a wipe
2. Full sealing pen cover, peace of mind and environmental protection, long life, long shelf life, free from pollution
3. Small size, easy to carry, disassembly and installation, practical and convenient
4. Accurate test, fine workmanship, can accurately test whether the surface force of the film reaches the test pen value
Principle
Dyne pen test ink on the surface of the material by applying the nib, and judge whether the surface tension of the material reaches the nominal Dyne Level of the pen according to whether the ink forms a continuous liquid film or cissing, so as to evaluate the surface preparation effect and applicability of the material.
Applications
Film, plastic, metal, ceramic, semiconductor, fiberglass
Steps
1. Gently apply the Dyne pen tip to the surface of the material to be tested
2. Observe whether the ink forms a continuous liquid film or cissing
3. Determine whether the surface tension meets the standard pen value according to the results
Notice
• Make sure the surface of the material is clean and drying before use
• Avoid nib contamination and cover the pen cover tightly after use
• Color-appropriate Dyne pen or dyne solution to enhance test visibility
Store in a cool drying place away from high temperature or direct sunlight
