Overview
Dyne pen (model 29 #) is a surface tension test tool produced by SHEELON brand, also known as surface tension test pen or corona treatment pen, specially used to determine the Dyne Level of materials after corona treatment. The product can quickly and intuitively detect whether the surface free energy of the material reaches the specified value. It is suitable for materials such as thin films, plastics, metals, ceramics, semiconductors, fiberglass, etc., to help control the printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing process mass, and reduce the loss caused by unqualified materials.
Features
1. The test results are fast, no need to wait, and the results can be obtained with a wipe
2. Full sealing pen cover design, peace of mind and environmental protection, long life, long shelf life, free from pollution
3. Small size, easy to carry, easy to disassemble and install, practical and convenient
4. Accurate test, fine workmanship, can accurately test whether the surface force of the film reaches the test pen value
Principle
Dyne pen test ink on the surface of the material by applying the nib, and determine whether the surface tension of the material reaches the Dyne Level marked on the pen body according to whether the ink cissing or forming a continuous liquid film, so as to evaluate the corona treatment effect and material suitability.
Applications
Film, plastic, metal, ceramic, semiconductor, fiberglass
Steps
1. Clean the surface of the material to be tested
2. Touch the Dyne pen tip on the surface of the material and apply
3. Observe the change of ink shape (such as whether it is cissing)
4. Determine whether the surface tension is up to standard according to the results
Notice
• Make sure the surface of the material is clean and drying before use
• Avoid nib contamination and cover the pen cover tightly after use
• Color of Dyne pen to enhance visibility
Store in a cool drying place away from high temperature or direct sunlight
