Overview
Dyne pen is a SHEELON brand surface tension test tool, model 54 #, specially used to determine the Dyne Level of materials after corona treatment. It can accurately test the surface free energy of thin films, plastics, metals, ceramics, semiconductors, fiberglass and other materials, quickly and intuitively detect whether the material is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing, effectively control the mass and reduce losses. Products include pink and blue Dyne pen and a variety of Color dyne liquids. The Dyne Level range is 22-105.
Features
1. The test results are fast, no need to wait, and the results can be obtained with a wipe
2. Full sealing pen cover, peace of mind and environmental protection, long life, long shelf life, free from pollution
3. Small size, easy to carry, disassembly and installation, practical and convenient
4. Accurate test, fine workmanship, can accurately test whether the surface force of the film reaches the test pen value
Principle
Dyne pen tests the contact between the ink and the surface of the material, and judges whether the surface tension of the material reaches the value marked by Dyne pen according to whether the ink is cissing or spreading, so as to detect whether the surface corona treatment results meet the requirements.
Applications
Film, plastic, metal, ceramic, semiconductor, fiberglass
Steps
1. Contact the Dyne pen tip with the surface of the material to be tested
2. Gently wipe the surface of the material
3. Observe whether the ink is cissing or spreading
4. Determine whether the surface tension is up to standard according to the ink behavior
Notice
• Make sure the pen case is well sealed before use
• Avoid contaminating the test surface during testing
• Choose the appropriate Dyne pen or dyne liquid according to the material Color
• Keep the pen case closed during storage to extend service life
