Overview
Dyne pen is a SHEELON brand surface tension test tool, model 22 #, specially used to determine the Dyne Level of materials after corona treatment. It can accurately test the surface free energy of films, plastics, metals, ceramics, semiconductors, fiberglass and other materials, quickly and intuitively detect whether the material is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing processes, and effectively control mass loss. The products are divided into pink and blue Dyne pen series, as well as three Color Dyne Liquid series, which can be selected for different Color materials to make the test effect clearer.
Features
1. The test results are fast, and you can get the results without waiting for a wipe.
2. Full sealing pen cover, peace of mind and environmental protection, long life, long shelf life, free from pollution
3. Dyne pen is small in size, easy to carry, disassemble and install, practical and convenient
4. The test is accurate and the workmanship is fine, and it can accurately test whether the surface force of the film reaches the value of the test pen
Principle
Dyne pen by testing the wetting behavior of the ink on the surface of the material to determine the surface Dyne Level, when the ink forming a continuous liquid film on the surface of the material indicates that the surface tension reaches or exceeds the nominal value of the pen, if the ink cissing indicates that the surface tension is insufficient.
Applications
Film, plastic, metal, ceramic, semiconductor, fiberglass
Steps
1. Clean the surface of the material to be tested
Step 2 Scribe on the surface with Dyne pen
3. Observe the ink form: continuous liquid film means up to standard, cissing means not up to standard
Notice
• Make sure the surface of the material is clean and drying before testing
• Avoid nib contamination to maintain test accuracy
• Cover the pen holder tightly in time after use to prevent ink evaporation
• Choose the appropriate test pen Color according to the Material Color
Store in a cool drying place to extend service life
