Overview
Dyne pen, also known as surface tension test pen, corona treatment pen, Plastic film surface tension test pen, is a test tool for Dyne Level on the surface of various materials, specially used to determine the Dyne Level of materials after corona treatment. Principle
Dyne Pen measures surface tension or Dyne Level by testing the wetting behavior of the ink on the surface of the material. When the ink forms a continuous film on the surface of the material, it indicates that the surface tension reaches or exceeds the set value of the pen, thus quickly assessing whether the material is suitable for subsequent processing such as printing or compounding.

Steps
1. Clean the surface of the material to be tested.
2. Remove the pen cover and use the Dyne pen to gently scratch on the surface of the material;
3. Observe whether the ink forms a continuous film.
4. Determine whether the surface tension is up to standard according to the test results.
Notice
