Overview
SHEELON 23 #Dyne pen is a surface tension test tool specially used to determine the Dyne Level of materials after corona treatment. It can accurately test whether the surface free energy of thin films, plastics, metals, ceramics, semiconductors, fiberglass and other materials reaches the specified value, and can detect the corona treatment results to help determine whether the material is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing processes, effectively control the mass and reduce losses.
Features
1. The test results are fast, no need to wait, and the results can be obtained with a wipe
2. Full sealing pen cover design, peace of mind and environmental protection, long life, long shelf life, free from pollution
3. Small size, easy to carry, simple disassembly and installation, practical and convenient
4. Accurate test, fine workmanship, can accurately test whether the surface force of the film reaches the test pen value
Principle
Dyne pen measures the surface tension value by testing the interaction between the ink and the surface of the material. When the pen is scribbled on the surface of the material, the ink will form a continuous or discontinuous liquid film. According to the state of the liquid film, it is determined whether the surface tension of the material reaches the Dyne Level marked on the pen body, so as to evaluate the material surface preparation effect and applicability.
Applications
Film, plastic, metal, ceramic, semiconductor, fiberglass
Steps
1. Make sure the test surface is clean and drying
2. Remove the cap and hold the Dyne pen vertically
3. Write a line smoothly on the test surface
4. Observe the judgment result of the ink film state
5. Immediately put back the cap and keep the sealing
Notice
• Cover the cap immediately after use to prevent ink evaporation and contamination
• Avoid testing on wet or unclean surfaces
• Keep the pen body vertical during the test to ensure smooth scribing
Store in a cool drying place away from heat and direct sunlight
• Different Color Materials Can Choose Corresponding Color Dyne Liquid for Clearer Test Results
