Overview
Dyne pen is a SHEELON brand 26 #model surface tension test tool, specially used to determine the Dyne Level of materials after corona treatment. It can quickly and intuitively detect whether the surface free energy of films, plastics, metals, ceramics, semiconductors, fiberglass and other materials meets the requirements, effectively control the mass and reduce the loss caused by unqualified materials.
Features
1. The test results are fast, and you can get the results without waiting for a wipe.
2. Full sealing pen cover, peace of mind and environmental protection, long life, long shelf life, free from pollution
3. Dyne pen is small in size, easy to carry, disassemble and install, practical and convenient
4. The test is accurate and the workmanship is fine, and it can accurately test whether the surface force of the film reaches the value of the test pen
Principle
Dyne pen to measure the surface tension value of the material by testing the wetting of the ink on the surface of the material. When the ink forms a continuous liquid film on the surface of the material, it indicates that the surface tension of the material reaches or exceeds the calibration value of Dyne pen.
Applications
Film, plastic, metal, ceramic, semiconductor, fiberglass
Steps
1. Place Dyne pen perpendicular to the test surface
2. Gently draw a test line
3. Observe the wetting of the ink on the surface of the material
4. Determine whether the surface tension is up to standard according to whether the ink forms a continuous liquid film
Notice
• Make sure the test surface is clean and drying before use
• Keep the nib perpendicular to the surface during testing
• Cover the pen cap tightly in time after use to prevent ink evaporation
• Avoid storage in hot or humid environments
• Regularly check the nib status to ensure test accuracy
