Rapid Flaw Detector

The rapid flaw detector emits high-frequency sound waves into the interior of a material. When these waves encounter defects, they are reflected, received, and analyzed to form inspection images. It is used to detect internal damage such as material cracks and bubbles, and is widely applied in industrial quality inspections for metal components, pipeline welding, and other applications.
Selection
When selecting, consider the type and thickness of the material to be tested to match the probe frequency. Choose a straight or angle probe based on the defect location. Environmental requirements determine whether a portable or fixed type is needed. The operation interface should be simple and easy to read, and it must meet standard detection accuracy requirements.
