Multi-layer coater

The multilayer Coater applies different coatings sequentially onto the substrate surface through multiple coating units, with each layer dried independently in separate ovens. It is used for multifunctional coating processes on materials such as paper and films to achieve waterproofing, barrier properties, or decorative effects.
Selection
Match the number of coating heads based on substrate width and tension range, select blade or micro-gravure coating methods according to coating viscosity, determine oven length and temperature zones in combination with production speed, and reserve splicing interfaces to accommodate continuous production.
