Probe Temperature Recorder

The probe temperature recorder measures the surface temperature of objects via a metal probe. Its built-in sensor converts the temperature into an electrical signal, which is then processed and stored by digital circuitry. It is used for real-time monitoring of temperature changes in processes such as paint curing and plastic processing to ensure stable process parameters.
Selection
When selecting, consider the corrosion resistance of the probe material, ensure the temperature range covers the object being measured, match the response speed to process requirements, ensure data storage capacity meets recording duration, adapt the protection rating to the on-site environment, and verify calibration certificates to ensure measurement accuracy.
