Grinding scraper

The grinding scraper evenly spreads the sample onto the test plate using a blade to form a film layer of standard thickness. It is used to evaluate the fineness, dispersibility, and particle distribution of materials such as coatings and inks. During operation, the quality of the sample is determined by observing the appearance of particles on the film surface. It is suitable for production quality control and research and development comparisons.
Selection
The selection of a grinding scraper must match the viscosity range of the sample to be tested. Stainless steel is suitable for conventional samples, while carbide offers better wear resistance. The scraper's range should cover common fineness detection requirements, and a dual-groove design enables synchronous comparison. Consider compatibility with the dimensions of standard plates for existing instruments, and ensure the straightness of the blade edge for uniform coating.
