Coating Grinding Fast Hand

The paint grinding disperser uses a high-speed rotating grinding disc to drive grinding media, which shears and impacts pigment particles in the paint, dispersing and refining them. It is used for the pre-dispersion and grinding of pigments in paint production, enhancing the uniformity and tinting strength of the paint.
Selection
Select the grinding disc material based on the viscosity of the coating, match the equipment specifications according to production capacity, adjust the rotational speed considering material characteristics, inspect the sealing structure to suit the production environment, and compare energy consumption with maintenance costs.
