Ubbelohde viscosity Tester

The Ubbelohde viscometer calculates viscosity by measuring the flow time of a liquid through a capillary tube. It is used for raw material quality control and production process monitoring in industries such as coatings and inks. During operation, the sample is loaded into the temperature-controlled capillary tube, the flow time is recorded, and the viscosity value is derived based on the formula.
Selection
When selecting, consider that the measurement range should cover the sample's viscosity range, and the temperature control accuracy should meet the testing requirements. The capillary inner diameter must match the sample characteristics, and the material should be corrosion-resistant. Verify the applicability of automatic timing and cleaning functions, and check the convenience of instrument calibration.
