Coating Vibration Machine

The paint shaker drives the container to move back and forth through an electric motor, ensuring uniform mixing of paint samples in a sealed space. It is used in laboratories to eliminate pigment sedimentation, disperse agglomerated particles, and ensure consistent sample conditions before testing. It is suitable for viscosity testing of paints and inks, as well as pretreatment before color difference analysis.
Selection
Select the amplitude range based on the sample viscosity, typically 3-20mm for conventional coatings. Match the platform size to the container capacity, with the standard version suitable for 1kg cans. Pay attention to the timing function and rotational speed stability; DC motors are more durable for continuous operation. The environment should be well-ventilated and free of corrosion, and the benchtop design saves space.
