Vehicle Transport Vibration Test System

The simulated vehicle transport vibration test bench generates vibrations similar to those encountered during road transport by using a motor to drive the table surface, simulating the bumpy conditions experienced by packaging during vehicle travel. It is used to test the vibration resistance of product packaging such as coatings, inks, and plastics, verifying whether they will be damaged or fail during transportation.
Selection
When selecting, it is necessary to match the weight of the object being tested with the table size. The vibration frequency range should cover the typical values of 1-5 Hz for road transport, and the amplitude is typically chosen as 25 mm. Consider the requirements of testing standards, such as ASTM D999. The control method can be set to fixed frequency or sweep frequency, and the test duration should be determined based on the product's transportation distance.
